When do you come to clear snow?
We monitor the weather 24/7. When snow accumulation reaches your plan's trigger amount
(e.g., 3cm or 5cm) after a storm ends or settles, we deploy our fleet. You will typically
receive an alert when we are on our way.
What about the ridge left by the city plow?
Yes! We know the city plow often blocks your driveway right after we leave. Our "Ridge
Cleanup" guarantee covers this. We do a dedicated "Ridge Run" to clear those icy blocks so
you can get in and out.
Are you insured?
Absolutely. We are fully insured for residential snow removal operations in Morden and
Winkler.
Do you use salt or sand?
Our primary service is snow blowing and clearing. Salting or sanding services can be
arranged as an add-on or upon request for specific icy conditions, but are not included in
the standard seasonal pass.
What if I have vehicles in the driveway?
We ask that you move vehicles if possible to allow for a full clean. If a vehicle is in the
way, we will clear around it as safely and closely as possible, but we cannot be responsible
for snow left underneath the vehicle.
